Life In The Fat Lane
I started this podcast wanting to talk about life as an overweight person and my journey to losing weight! Along the way I have learned that it isn’t all about just the food we eat, the exercise we are doing, and those types of things. Together we’ll explore these topics and more. Disclaimer: This is not a ’healthy at every size’ or a ’body positivity’ show. I explore the struggles of being overweight and highlight the need to be as healthy as possible. Episodes drop every other Friday!
